We are so excited about our new church! It is literally new, it's only 14 months old and running about 2000 in attendance at two different locations. The pastor, Steven Furtick, has a fire and a boldness reminiscent of the old revivalist preachers but with a very relevant flare. Elevation Church has no programs and its ministry includes only three areas: worship, kids church, and small groups. Jackie and I are greeters and we are enjoying the pleasure of being a part of a movement of God. We launched Elevation Union at Porter Ridge High School on Easter Sunday and had a whopping 501 people in attendance with over 50 accepting Christ as savior!
